me birthday

it was my 23rd birthday yesterday.
the boyfriend and I played hooky to celebrate.
we explored the neighbourhoods around my work.
(t'was fun!)
we visited the Graydon Hall Manor which I had long vowed to marry in.
I still desire so.
(oh, the opulence! the brocade fabrics! the trees! the Georgian architecture!)
anyway, there was dinner in the evening with the family.
we went to canyon creek.
after we were all seated, my mum decided it was too expensive.
so we all picked up and left.
it was so embarrassing.
(oh, Chinese parents!)
nonetheless, dinner was enjoyable.
