Now, I must rave about White Toronto.
White Toronto is a Victorian home turned boutique located in Yorkville and my, what a charming lovely place. because we were there for a bridesmaid’s appointment, we were taken up to the Bridesmaid's Loft, a cozy hide-away on the third floor. the loft is decorated with large pillows, plush window sheets and quirky rugs to imitate the look of a stylish bedroom. little baked goods were served and we nibbled on them as we rummaged through racks and racks of fabulous dresses.
even better than the aesthetics and atmosphere of the place is the impeccable service. the sales girls are very friendly and professional. our sales girl, Lauren, was incredibly helpful- she gave honest advice and was not pushy at all. she showed us different fabrics, suggested different ways of approaching bridesmaids' dresses and, in an hour, managed to help us narrow a collection of 4000 dresses to only 5. she made the whole bridesmaids' dress experience really fun and surprisingly relaxing.
the bridal dress selection at White Toronto is extensive and consists only of beautiful detailed couture dresses. they were all definetely out of my budget and I didn't want to depress myself by trying any one (but oh how I wanted to slip on a Monique Lhuiller). that said, White Toronto is still a must-go-to for all brides and her wedding party.
